The office creates an entrance QR code for each service and posts it. When members scan it with their phone camera, the check-in screen opens and they check in with the family members who came along. The office screen shows right away how many have arrived.

Retreat and event sign-ups,

When the office opens a sign-up form, it appears right away under “Sign-ups” in the member app. Members choose which family members are coming and answer a few questions, and that's it. Where to send the fee is shown too, and they can cancel themselves before the event starts.

Members see the open times and request right away, and the booking lands directly in the office schedule. A request that overlaps an existing booking can't be made, so there's no more writing it in a book and confirming by phone.

Year-end tax receipts,
right on your phone
Members see this year's giving by category and download the donation receipts their church has issued as PDFs (these follow Korea's tax rules). Resident registration numbers are masked. If a gift seems to be missing, they send a question, and the finance team checks and lets them know.

When the small group meets,
the report goes in by phone
The small group leader checks who came and writes down what was shared, prayer requests, and anyone who needs a pastoral visit. Prayer requests are seen only by the district pastor, and visit requests reach the district pastor right away.

My prayer requests, my details
and church news in one place
Members decide whether their prayer requests are also shared with the staff in charge. If their address changes, they send a change request, and it's reflected in the member records after the office checks it. News such as a confirmed booking arrives in their notifications.

Members find themselves in the member records and enter a verification code sent to the number on file, and they're in. By default access opens right away; if you prefer, you can approve people one by one or turn the member app off.
