Sunday's giving,
sorted by Monday morning
From recording gifts to approving expenses, closing the month and preparing reports for the church board, it all runs in one ledger, the way churches actually keep their books.
- 십일조21,480,000원
- 주일헌금9,120,000원
- 건축헌금7,050,000원
- 감사헌금6,350,000원
- 선교헌금4,210,000원
The church and members shown on screen are all fictional sample data.
What gets lighter in
the finance team's week
TodayOn Sunday afternoon, you copy giving envelopes into Excel line by line and check the totals twice.
Scan the envelope barcode and the name and giving category fill in. The totals simply add up.
TodayDuring the week, you carry expense request forms around looking for whoever needs to sign.
Requests go straight to the next approver, and you can see at a glance how far each one has got.
TodayBefore the deacons' meeting, you rebuild the report in Excel and double-check every number.
Close the month and download the financial statements and giving reports by department in Excel.
TodaySomeone calls to say a gift is missing, and you dig through the books before calling back.
Members' missing-gift questions land in one inbox, and once you've checked, the member is notified.
Scan the envelope barcode,
and the name and category fill in
Print a barcode label for each member and put it on their giving envelopes. On Sunday afternoon, read the envelopes with a USB scanner: the giver and giving category are entered, and you only type the amount. Giving records you have in Excel can be imported as they are.
- Print barcode labels for envelopes
- Merge entries when the same person is entered twice
- Every save records who entered it

No more walking around
for signatures
When a department submits an expense request, it moves step by step along the approval line you've set. The same screen shows how far it has been approved and how much budget remains. Print the request on paper if you need a copy for your files.
You can set up the approval line to fit your church. Register a vendor once and simply pick it next time.

Close the month and
your board reports come out in Excel
Vouchers, the general ledger and the cash book fill in as you record giving and expenses. When you close the month, you can download the trial balance, financial statements, and giving reports by category and department in Excel, ready to use.

Department budgets and pledges,
gathered in one place
Each department submits its budget, and the finance team compiles and confirms them on one screen. For building or mission pledges, the goal, the amount received so far and the number of people who pledged are always visible.

January's receipt work
gets much lighter
From the gifts recorded over the year, Oliveline totals each member's giving and exports the issuance list and a draft of the Hometax totals in Excel. The receipt numbers issued on Hometax are recorded per member, so you never have to hunt for who has received one.
Under Korean tax rules, the church issues electronic donation receipts itself on Hometax, the National Tax Service website. Oliveline handles the preparation and the records.
Once a receipt's issuance is recorded, the member can download it as a PDF in the member app, with their resident registration number masked.

You decide who can
see the giving
Access to member records and access to finances are separate. You can separate people who only enter data, people who also approve, and people who see totals only, and every change is recorded with who made it.

Where finance records connect
Questions finance teams
often ask
Can we bring over our current finance data?
Will the senior pastor see what each member gives?
Are donation receipts issued automatically?
What if a member says a gift is missing?
Can we accept online giving?
We need to show records to an auditor or accountant.
Not sure it fits your church?
Let's talk first
Tell us roughly how many members you have and what you use today, and someone from our team will contact you directly.
