What you hear on a pastoral visit is a trust the church must keep. Each time you write a note, you choose one of three levels for who can see it, and it stays completely hidden from anyone without permission.

Frequently asked questions
Can other members see what was said on a visit?
Visit notes are seen only by pastoral staff and people who have been given permission. For each note you choose who can see it — Only me, My team, All ministry staff — and people without permission don't even see it in the list.
What happens to the notes when the pastor in charge changes?
The notes stay with the member. The new pastor can continue reading past notes within the allowed scope, and notes saved as ‘Only me’ stay private.
Can we use our own church's types of visits?
Yes. There are basic types, such as regular visits, annual household visits and cell group visits, and in settings you can add or change the types and note fields your church uses.
How is the visit route planned?
Choose whom to visit from members with an address on file, and an order is set. You can move stops up or down yourself, and copy addresses or see locations on Kakao Map (a Korean map service).
How do session decisions connect to member records?
Decisions such as baptisms, ordinations and membership transfers are recorded together with the people involved. Letters of appointment can be printed on the basis of an ordination decision.
