Our team
gets in touchAfter you apply, someone from our team will call or email you within 30 minutes during business hours (weekdays 9:00–18:00 Korea time). We'll ask which programs and spreadsheets you use today, who looks after member records and finances, and how many campuses you have.

Based on what we've heard, we send a quote that fits your church. We also explain whatever your session or finance committee needs to review it.

We open your church
and send the invitationOnce the contract is signed, we open your church's space and email an administrator invitation to your contact person. That person then invites other staff and assigns permissions.

We move
your existing dataSend us a backup file from your current member records program, or your spreadsheets, and the Oliveline team moves the data over. Afterwards, your church's contact person checks the review screen for anyone missing or family links that don't match.

We try it out
with your staffOn site at your church or by video, we go through the screens together with the people who will actually use them: office, finance and pastoral staff. At the same time we set who can see how much. We give you guides, and if you get stuck later, just ask by phone or KakaoTalk.

How quotes
are prepared
Every church differs in size and in how it works, so instead of fixed rates, someone from our team explains it to you directly.
Withdrawal, termination and refund terms after signing are in the Refund & cancellation policy (Korean).

- The first thing we look at is how many registered members you have.
- Products you'll use
- You can start with only the products you need out of the six.
- Data to move
- It depends on which program you're moving from and how many years of member and giving records.
- Number of campuses
- If you have several campuses, we look separately at how each campus will use it.
- Church website
- Building and running a church website is a separate service, so if you'd like it too, we'll explain it separately.
