Oliveline builds church management software that brings member records, finances and pastoral administration together in one place, so the church office doesn't have to start the same work from scratch every week.

Every week, we were doing
the same work all over again

We started by looking closely at one week in a church office.

    Before · We counted giving envelopes and copied them into the ledger by hand.

    Now · A scanner reads the envelope barcode and enters it right away.

    Before · Newcomer lists were scattered across several people.

    Now · We walk with each newcomer, step by step, until they settle in.

    Before · Notes from pastoral visits stayed in the pastor's notebook.

    Now · Visit notes stay in the member record, with suggestions for whom to visit next.

    Before · We carried expense request forms around to get them signed.

    Now · Approve in the approval inbox, and see the ledger and financial reports in one place.

    Before · We searched spreadsheets for this week's birthdays and people who hadn't come in a while.

    Now · The people to care for this week appear first on the home screen.

    QR check-in at the door, and giving envelopes read in

    Members scan the QR code at the entrance to record their whole family's attendance, and after the service the envelopes are entered for each member with a scanner.

    Sort out the giving and welcome newcomers

    Check Sunday's giving ledger, register newcomers, then send them a welcome text message.

    Decide which homes to visit

    Plan the order of visits from the suggested list, and leave a note after each one.

    Approve expense requests and hear from small groups

    Approve the retreat deposit in the approval inbox. When the evening small groups finish, attendance and prayer requests come in through small group reports.

    Close September and publish the bulletin

    Check the month-end closing and trial balance, and download the Excel report for your Korean denomination. Set a publishing time for Sunday's bulletin and it appears in the member app right then.

So that what you enter once
is still useful next week

We bring together the spreadsheets and paper cards, the separate ledgers and the giving envelopes that each church has scattered around, into one flow. A member entered once in the member records carries through to giving, pastoral visits, attendance and classes, so you don't redo the same work every week.

We're preparing AI to help with repetitive entry and tidying up, so you can spend more time on pastoral care. Even then, member information will not be used to train AI.

Five principles,
in order

These are the principles we come back to with every decision. When two of them pull against each other, the one higher on the list comes first.

    The information a church entrusts to us is not ours. We handle it only within the scope we've promised.

  2. 2Sacred trust

    We don't use member information for ads, we don't sell or hand it over, and we don't use it to train AI.

  3. 3Essentials

    Rather than piling on features, we make the flows a church really uses every week clean and dependable.

  4. 4Partnership

    We deal honestly with churches. We don't claim to have built what we haven't, and when something can't be done, we tell you first.

  5. 5Craftsmanship

    One wrong giving entry or one wrong line in the member records shakes someone's trust. We keep refining until every button does what you expect before we ship it.

How we work

  • We build with the words churches use

    Church offices, parishes and small groups, types of giving, expense requests and session decisions: we bring the words and forms Korean churches already use straight onto the screen.

  • People answer your questions

    Leave a question in the help window inside the app and a member of our team will read it and reply. Sensitive questions, such as those about pastoral care, go straight to a person.

  • If it's in progress,
    we say so

    Features we're still building are marked Coming soon on this site too. We don't make them look finished.
