TodayOn Sunday morning, someone ticks names off an attendance list at the door, one by one.
Members scan the entrance QR code and record their own attendance, family included.
TodayEvery Sunday, small group leaders hand paper attendance sheets to the office, and staff retype them into Excel.
Small group leaders tick names on the roster, and that's the record done.
TodayOn Monday, you flip through attendance sheets to find who has been missing for weeks.

Choose a service and date to create an entrance QR code, then print and post it or send the link. When members scan it, their attendance and that of family members with them is recorded right away, and the office screen shows arrivals in real time.

Register your services, such as the first and second Sunday services or the Wednesday service, and you get rosters by service, department and small group. Select who came and save once. Who recorded it, and when, is saved too.

A person's attendance for the whole year fits on one page. People who haven't come in a while are gathered on the dashboard, and from there you can turn it into a pastoral visit plan.

Create courses such as newcomer classes or discipleship training, and divide them into classes and sessions. Take attendance each session, and anyone who meets the criteria you set is marked as completed automatically.

Rooms and church vans,
never double-booked
Register rooms, vehicles and equipment, and all bookings come together in one place. Open a sign-up form for a retreat or event, and it appears in the member app while the list of sign-ups comes to the office. If your church turns on the member app, members can book and sign up on their phones too.
